Ingrid Cao

Ingrid Cao is a Ph.D. candidate at the Centre for Research on Learning and Innovation (CRLI).

Ingrid's research interests lies in game-based learning and the effectiveness of using 3D virtual worlds to help students to learn biological knowledge. Ingrid holds Master of Learning Sciences and Technology (Research) from The University of Sydney, and a Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a high school teacher certification from the East China Normal University. She also has working experience as a high school student teacher in Shanghai and an instructional designer developing educational games in Sydney. She is an independent educational game developer as well.
