In the second, you will participate in a design challenge, using a set of cards to scaffold conversations about how to increase the alignment between learning theory, task design, the designed environment and the social interactions that support valued learning activity.

Guest speakers include: Associate Professor Stefan Meisiek, talking about his role in developing new learning spaces and the complementary teaching and learning practices they accommodate;Tony Cannell, talking about how he has redesigned BUSS5100: Communicating in Business, to make the most of the new Collaborative Learning Studios; and Jimmy Northwood talking about facilitating case-based discussion with postgraduate students in the new Case Study Theatres.

The design challenge will be facilitated by Dr Stephanie Wilson using methods developed by Dr Pippa Yeoman.
